Allowed use
Use inboxPilot for lawful permission-based newsletters, announcements, customer updates, and similar commercial email campaigns.
Disallowed content
Do not send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harmful, infringing, phishing, malware, or highly sensitive regulated content unless expressly supported in writing.
Platform integrity
Do not bypass limits, interfere with the service, abuse imports, evade suppression, or attempt unauthorized access.
