For customer contact lists and campaign content, NoCodeMinute generally acts as a processor/service provider and the customer acts as controller/business.

Processing

We process customer data to provide hosting, contact management, email delivery, analytics, user-requested AI campaign assistance, support, security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

Requests

Customers are responsible for responding to recipient requests where they control the relevant data; NoCodeMinute will provide reasonable support.
