These terms govern use of inboxPilot by NoCodeMinute.
Service
inboxPilot by NoCodeMinute provides permission-based email campaign tools, contact management, templates, scheduling, analytics, and related features.
Accounts and subscriptions
Users create an inboxPilot account to access the service. A 30-day free trial is available; continued access requires an active paid or promotional subscription. Billing is managed through inboxPilot's account and billing settings.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the contacts they upload, the messages they send, legal compliance, permission records, sender identity, and honoring opt-out requests.
Prohibited use
Users may not send spam, deceptive messages, purchased lists, scraped lists, malware, phishing, illegal content, or content that violates applicable email marketing laws.
