This policy explains the personal information inboxPilot processes to provide permission-based email marketing tools.
Information we process
We may process account details, authentication metadata, billing metadata, contact lists, email campaign content, sender profiles, event data, support messages, and device/request logs.
How we use information
We use information to operate the service, deliver campaigns, manage subscriptions, secure the platform, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
AI-assisted campaign creation
When a user chooses AI campaign assistance, inboxPilot sends the campaign instructions and relevant draft or sender context to Anthropic for text generation. If image generation is selected, the image instructions are sent to OpenAI. Contact lists and recipient records are not sent for AI generation.
Service providers
Firebase/Google Cloud, Stripe, Postmark, Anthropic, and OpenAI may process data as subprocessors for hosting, authentication, billing, email delivery, storage, analytics, and user-requested AI generation.
Choices
Account holders can export contacts, unsubscribe recipients can opt out through unsubscribe links, and privacy requests can be submitted through the data request process.
